Food Trucks at the Park

 
Scissortail Park & Myriad Gardens are now accepting food truck applications for the 2026 season! This application is the first step to be vetted and selected as a preferred or official vendor for opportunities throughout the year at both parks.
 
What to know:
• Deadline to apply: Friday, Feb. 27, 2026
• Season: April – December
• Trucks are typically scheduled at Scissortail Park Wednesday–Sunday, plus during events at Myriad Gardens
• Schedules may vary due to weather and event needs
• Approved vendors will attend a required orientation in March
• After approval, vendors will have the opportunity to select preferred dates
 
Application requirements:
• Applications are submitted only through MarketSpread
• MarketSpread requires applicants to select at least one date to complete the application
• Updated City of Oklahoma City license
• Updated Health Department license
• Review the vendor agreement carefully
• Approved vendors must list Scissortail Park and Myriad Gardens on their COI, as stated in the agreement
