Join us on our Walk for Welcome!

We are walking to let our neighbors know Oklahomans will not walk away from welcome. 

There have recently been major changes in the landscape of refugee resettlement at the federal level. Unfortunately, national funding cuts for resettlement are directly affecting the work we do here in OKC and putting the services our new neighbors rely on at risk.

Walk for Welcome is a family-friendly event! With a walk length of just over 1 mile, kids activities/crafts, and Scissortail’s Farmer’s Market and splash pad running nearby, this event will be suitable for everyone.
